I am a full-time certified athletic trainer at a high school, where I evaluate and treat over 500 student athletes’ orthopedic and general medical injuries. I graduated with my bachelor’s in athletic training from West Chester University and went on to get a master’s degree while working as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the University of South Carolina.
My passion for sports began at a young age while playing soccer and softball. Becoming an athletic trainer was a way for me to combine my love for sports and helping others. After college, I started to really focus on my own fitness and strength training journey here at Tenacity.
I am an NSCA certified personal trainer and am excited to bring my background, knowledge, and energy to the members here. My goal is for everyone to see their potential and take small steps each and every day to reach their goals, all while having fun doing it.
